In order to provide hairdressing services, we process the following data that may be considered personal data: name (names) and surname (names), email addresses and telephone numbers. These data are processed in particular for the following purposes:
– contacting the entrusting company in connection with the need to support the use of services offered by the company.

In order to make settlements related to the provision of services, – Graphic Studio processes data provided by users necessary for issuing and delivering VAT invoices recording these services. These may include in particular: name and surname / company, place of residence / registered office address, tax identification number, bank account number / credit card number.

Data related to making settlements are processed as necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on – Graphic Studio, in particular arising from the Accounting Act. – in the case of personal data processing on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller, the processing period lasts until the abovementioned interest (e.g. the limitation period for civil law claims) or until the data subject objects to such further processing in situations where such an objection is in accordance with the law;
– in the case of personal data processing, when it is necessary due to applicable law, the periods of data processing for this purpose are determined by these provisions.
Sharing personal data with third parties.
We transfer personal data to other entities only when permitted by law. In this case, in the contract entrusting processing we include provisions ensuring the security of personal data at the level that we use. The recipients of personal data, including on the basis of entrustment agreements, may be in particular:
